CHALLENGE: Although a leading fundraiser for AIDS by 1992, still, few knew ‘AIDS Walk’ by name. Each event across the country created it’s own publicity which was inconsistent, time consuming, and expensive.

SOLUTION: Within a tight deadline, an identity was developed to including posters, t-shirts, and stage design, all branded with a bright new logo of ‘marching type’. Costs were greatly saved by as each city’s name could be easily switched out.

RESULTS: The AIDS Walk brand caught fire. To quote Craig Miller, founder and producer of AIDS Walk, “Your branding designs resulted in six times more calls and doubled our fund raising efforts over last year. Thank you!”  It has since become a household brand, attracting celebrity voices like Madonna, and is a founding example of successfully branded fundraising.
